What kinds of organizations do you work with?+
Senior living and assisted living communities, memory care and adult day programs, public libraries, faith-based organizations, healthcare providers, senior centers, and corporate partners with older-adult populations to serve. If older adults walk through your doors, we should talk.
Where do you deliver programs?+
Nationwide. We're headquartered in New Jersey and our certified facilitators deliver across the country.
How do we get started?+
Your first workshop is complimentary. No contract, no commitment, no obligation to continue. Bring us in, put us in front of your residents, and decide afterward. We'd rather be judged on the room than on a brochure.
What do we need to provide?+
A room, chairs, and a note to your residents. We bring the facilitator, the curriculum, and the materials. If you have a screen we'll use it; if you don't, the session works fine without one.
How many of our residents can attend?+
Ten per certified facilitator. We hold that line because the format only works at that size — people ask real questions in a group of ten and go quiet in a group of forty. For larger communities we run multiple sessions or bring additional facilitators, and we'll build that into your proposal.
Can you tailor the content to our community?+
Yes. Before every program we run a short assessment of your community's concerns and experience level, and adjust content, pace, and examples accordingly. A memory care program and a library audience need different things from the same hour.
Do we get anything after the session?+
A post-session summary: attendance, engagement, participant feedback, and what came up in the room. It's yours to share with your leadership or your families.
Are your facilitators certified and screened?+
Every facilitator completes the Silver Shield certification program, passes a background screening, and completes continuing education annually. We can provide certification documentation for your vendor onboarding file.
We're interested, but we don't have budget this year.+
Then take the complimentary workshop anyway. It costs you nothing but a room, your residents get the session, and when budget opens up you'll be deciding from experience instead of a proposal. We'd rather be in your building than in your maybe pile.
